Rich Cillessen brings over 20 years of experience across building integration, with a strong focus on people-first leadership and operational excellence. Known for driving transformation and building high-performing, customer-centric teams, Rich blends commercial insight with a deep commitment to culture. Based in Chicago with his wife Nicole, he enjoys golf, the outdoors, and staying connected to his community.
CFO
After earning a European degree in Economics, Sven Zimmerman joined Bosch in 1998 as a management trainee. He has held a range of commercial leadership roles across Finance, Accounting, Purchasing, and Supply Chain with Bosch Automotive and Power Tools in Germany, the U.S., Canada, and China. Since joining Bosch Building Technologies in 2013, he has served in multiple commercial and Managing Director roles across Europe, and as of 2024, is the CFO for the Bosch Building Technologies Integrator business in North America, supporting the integration of Climatec and Paladin. He is married with two children.
