The Heiligenfeld Clinic Bad Wörishofen is a clinic for psychosomatic hospital treatment. It opened in 2022. Like all clinics in the group, the Heiligenfeld Klinik Bad Wörishofen offers a holistic therapy concept. Body, mind and soul are considered a single entity. Mental and psychosomatic illnesses are treated with consideration for the individual's life history and current challenges, but also their abilities and resources.

During the conversion of the Kneippianum into a psychosomatic clinic, the building required a fire alarm system that complied with guidelines, had a direct connection to the fire department and took into consideration all the relevant standards and protection classes.
